Can you quote for home removals over the phone?

For small and simple house removals we can quote you over the phone or by email. For larger house and office removals please call our offices or fill out our quick contact us form so we can arrange a time to visit your property to carry out a full moving survey of your property to supply you with the correct removals quotation.

How much notice do I need to give for my house move?

We can, and have carried out next day house removals services,but we advise at least one week minimum to two weeks notice

Can i pack my own house contents as i dont need a packing service?

Yes of course! We do offer a wide range of removals boxes and packing materials and we're always happy to give packing advice especially if it's your first major home removal ! However, if you'd like to save time get in touch with us and we will quote you.

Will my home removals service be insured?

Yes. We have a (All risk policy) 'Goods In Transit' Insurance up to £50,000 per load and is included at no extra cost. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions. If you require any extra cover, this can be arranged.

What are house removal quotations based on?

Removal quotations are based on a number of factors including location, distance moving, complexity of move (which floor etc), size of the vehicle needed, number of 'porters' and amount of time needed. Packing Services, boxes and packaging and storage solutions are additional and costed accordingly.

Do you do International Removals?

Yes. We'll happily help you move to anywhere within the EU and (International). There's plenty to organise so please call our office to arrange a time to visit your property to give you a full quote.

Do I need to organise parking?

If parking is difficult outside your property or is residents only, you will need to contact your local council and organise a parking suspension. Any parking fines incurred will be added to your final invoice.

Do I need pay the congestion charge?

If you're based in central London and we need to enter the congestion yes, we'll just add the cost to your invoice.

Payment options for domestic or commercial removals?

You can pay with any major credit or debit card, bank transfer or cheque seven days prior to the moving day or make a cash payment on the day of the removal.
